Founded in 2012, Fotor Photo Editor can be used online or downloaded as a free, Windows, Android and Apple compatible mobile app and computer. This is used to customize and change images, both photographic and non-photographic. In 2014, apps are supported in fourteen languages.
In addition to basic photo editing tools such as cropping, red eye removal, sticker and overlay use, photo deblurring, and aperture addition. Fotor can also be used for graphic design and collage making. Although the initial app is free, some options are only available through in-app purchases, or through the Fotor Pro version. Fotor also has a module dedicated to creating collages and smart templates with support for image layers.
In 2016 Fotor updated the adjustment of the HDR curve to its platform. By the end of 2017, Fotor adds custom aspect ratio options to the collage function and alters the tilt-shift algorithm.
