TouchNote is a mobile app for smartphones, tablets, and websites to post printed, personalized postcards, greeting cards, and other photo products. Android and iOS apps and websites are updated regularly with new features.
TouchNote was first launched in 2008 and based in London.

The company was founded by Raam Thakrar and Paul Burdin in 2008, and was released to the public in November 2008. TouchNote applications and websites convert user photos to postcards, greeting cards and other photo products printed and posted by TouchNote in the username.

TouchNote apps and websites allow users to send personalized postcards, greeting cards, framed photos, photo canvas, and print boxes using their own photos. Orders are delivered anywhere in the world with a working postal system, but are printed and posted from print centers based in the UK, US, Germany and Australia. Postcards measuring 6 x 4 inches, and 7 x 5 inch greeting cards, printed with a luster.
In 2014, the TouchNote iPhone app is updated to allow for photo collage cards created, where users can add multiple photos to a single card.
In March 2009, TouchNote released an API that enabled other sites to integrate into the print system on their request. This includes photos from Facebook and from Picasa. This API has been discontinued.
Mobile app
In May 2009, the company released an application in the Nokia OVI store that allows users to use photos on their phones to make cards. It was the first app in the OVI store that produced physical products. This app was selected as a mandatory entertainment app of 2010 by Ovi users.
The company first released iPhone apps in September 2009 with similar functionality.
In June 2010 the Android app was released with similar functionality.
In October 2010, a Windows Phone 7 app was launched. This includes additional features such as photo crop and zoom and the ability for users to sign their cards. Windows Phone 7 app is no longer supported by TouchNote.
Data violations
On November 4, 2015, TouchNote encountered a data violation in which customer's name, email address, order history, and home address were stolen. In their official statement on November 5, the company also confirmed that several birthdates have been accessed, along with several names of card recipients and postal addresses.
