Collage is an American freestyle duo, featuring vocalist Anthony Monteleone and producer/songwriter Adam Marano in 1993, who also manages the Viper Records label recorded by Collage. Viper Metropolitan label parent issued the Viper Freestyle Hit Parade compilation in 1994; it helped solve the single "I'll Be Loving You" single nationally. The song goes to number 56 on Billboard Hot 100.
The debut album Chapter One was released later that year, resulting in another hit in the follow-up single, "Gangster of Love". It also features Denine's female backup vocalist. Collage's success helped spark renewed interest in freestyle during the 1990s (at a more subterranean level than mainstream), and Marano went on to work with several other vocalists such as Alexia Phillips, Chris Phillips, Denine, Rockell and others.
The second Collage album Chapter II , released in 1999, did not appear for five years. However, still managed to produce a hit single, "Angel". The third album Chapter 3 was released in late 2001, spawning the hit single "Tonight". In 2007, the fourth album was released, Chapter 4 .
